Harry Hokum is an alien czar haling from the planet Tamaran. He is the czar of the Citadel and is obsessed with taking down Kori.
Short Bio[]
Not much is known about Harry other than that he was born on Tamaran before Kori and Kom'Ander. He became the czar of the Citadel shortly after they were born and was involved in the attack on the king and queen.
He traveled to Earth to try and kill Kori but his was met with a swift death as his neck was snapped.

- Tactile Telepathy - By touching someone, Harry can read all of their thoughts.
- Military Experience - Being a czar, Harry has a vast knowledge on military experience.
