PART 3 OF 7: THREE MONTHS OF OCCUPATION- Three months after the vampires swarmed Gotham City, Vladislaus Dracula and Aurora de Martel have implemented a dangerous new regime, toppling the existing government and making sport of mass carnage. The Red Hood leaves a grisly calling card on the GCPD's doorstep. As Dick Grayson adjusts to his new reality, Barbara Gordon divides her time between the manhunt for the Red Hood and helping Dick. With Stephanie Brown having gone missing, Bruce Wayne and Jean-Paul Valley crack down hard on CJ Maroni while Marilyn McCarthy works with Arkham's director Hugo Strange to rehabilitate the increasingly unstable Harvey Dent.
